Easy Spanish rice recipe with minute rice
1 pot of instant Round Rice
80g of squid clean of gut, mouth and skeleton
35g green pepper
1/2 small chives
1 garlic clove
Virgin Olive oil
- Cut the squid in half if they are not too big and brown them in a large non-stick pan.
- Add the spring onion and green pepper cut into julienne strips and the finely chopped garlic. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the rice and sauté for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Adjust the salt and serve with fresh chopped parsley.
